European-type device looks like a cube.To grind coffee, it is placed on the surface. The powder falls into a small compartment at the bottom, which slides out.

The version without the case is relevant and easy to use. The device can be placed directly in the mug. The multiple stages make this type versatile. The handle and funnel are on top.

How the handle is located

There are only two options for how the handle of a coffee grinder can be located. For example, the Oriental has the handle located exclusively on top, while the European can be either on top or on the side. When choosing, you need to rely only on your preferences and choose a convenient option.

Adjusting the degree of grinding

For each cooking method and type of brewing select their own type of grinding. For example, a coarse grind is ideal for the French press, and a medium grind is suitable for most other types.

Any type of coffee can be ground with a hand grinder. Different brewing processes require different degrees of grinding.

For espresso, you need a grinder with a very fine grind setting.

Pour-over uses a medium grind, which almost all manual coffee grinders can handle.

A coarse grind is required for a French Press. The grind should be even.

Special grinders are required for Turkish coffee, regular grinders will not work.

It is easier to use, easier to carry, and usually more affordable to use a manual grinder. However, there is a slight inconvenience in having to exert more effort to grind coffee. Make sure you keep an eye on the settings of your grinder, as well.

Coffee that has been sitting in a cupboard for even a short time has a stronger aroma than freshly ground coffee. The fresher the coffee, the stronger the aroma. I’ll be honest with you, many people enjoy their morning routine.
